What's the over/under that the new CEO is willing to risk his law license to help MW get her money? I sure hope they did not dupe the stock holder to make striking the MW satisfaction look legitimate by installing a puppet CEO and Board. Also not quite sure how MW can continue her lawsuit against CUBV while being the custodian. Seems as if it is an inherent conflict of interest. Each day that goes by without news, only feeds the belief that there is malfeasance going on here. I really hope they are not that stupid, but you never know. They may think they could get away with it since shareholders will not likely pursue legal action, or will they...
