Yes, a reversal is likely to form the 1/3 retracement- aka handle portion of the cup and handle. A test down to .80 is probably what’s is going to happen. Didn’t short shares increase on Tuesday? Setting this up for a drop? I have a guy feeling we go lower and this is not a uptrend continuation.
