These pages show direction of emerging coal to products taking place within the State. One cites CCTI's ability to achieve higher BTU's. Given the fact CCTI was approached by the DOE at/near the same time as these presentations on the potential of Wyoming's coal future. Also the "fact" the DOE connected CCTI and UW after reviewing results. I'm optimistic the move to Wyoming was strategic in nature to the specific project taking place at Ft Union.
