In Oct of the same year, CCTI signed the MOU with UW.
IMO there must have been something positive in the testing that was worth signing the MOU for further research and development. It is also my opinion UW was successful on improving the technology in the lab. Otherwise, I doubt we would have seen the delivery of the kiln. Nor the extent of the schools funding.
