The price of the combo will be lower than the present price of Vascepa.



How does that make sense .
They would have a huge outlay over 3 yrs to get this FDA approved .
There would probably need to be several combinations ...low dose to full strength Lipitor combo's with V ...extra packaging / storage etc
The marketing cost of promoting the combo ...etc etc .
There is no way IMHO that a generic Lipitor / Vascepa combo would be less expensive than the generic Lipitor and Vascepa currently sold separately .
Patients would be paying extra for the convenience of a Combo ...question is how much .
Bottom line ...if it was such a great idea they would have started on the 3 yr track to approval already .
