As long as munaf ali is major shareholder I am zero worried about the stock.
I know that reverse merger nowadays take a bit longer than last few years.

Again ask yourself. Would someone say that his company would go public on the world biggest mining event in the world, if you are not 100% sure everything is going to work?

Again Munaf Ali bought this ticker in May2021 and he talked about the IPO in November 2021.
He had well over 6 months to evaluate if the merger is possible.

No one says something in front of so many people if there is one tiny uncertainty. The late 10k filing and no change in ownership via 13d filings proves, that nothing has changed.
