I suspect the recent disclosure about O/S was a response to weeks of erroneous posts/comments on this board about dilution.

Just a guess, but if they did sell some stock after that disclosure, it's possible it was a fast way to raise funds to finance production and build inventories of IPF Immune to meet anticipated demand after meeting with retailers. That might also explain the timing. Just a thought.
