It is my opinion that this company does not have its ducks in a row and that it is going to leave a lot of us investors unhappy when April 15th, then the 30th, then the 31st of May and subsequent dates roll around. The science is there for sure, but now it is evident that the management is in disarray and as much as Charles is lauded on this board, the complications involving the lawsuits, the little league PR firms, and the small time Jim Hicks (3000) followers, and inability or non-desirabilty of increasing the p/s, is troubling. The PR tweets that puff up this stock are amaturish at best and although I remain a long, I am starting to get a little pissed.
