Wow, I totally agree with you on Utah. I absolutely loved the Grand Canyon, but Utah was by far my favorite trip. Everything you mentioned plus the Moab area: The Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Pointe. Also, the best scenic ride I ever did was between Capitol Reef in the Torrey area to Bryce. I'm not sure what it was called but I think it was Scenic Byway 12. Just amazing.
