Hey George whers that .70 Reg A filing you said would be filed in March oh wait not March 2022 but you issued a statement in March 2021. This Would be a great opportunity for someone who lost all their money base a lawsuit on that they purchased millions of shares based on the fact that GS had made a public statement that he would be file this .70 Reg A. After he stated that he did not even submit any documentation to the SEC for the REG A . So based just on that statement GS mislead investors, I do believe you can't legally do that and not to held responsible to investors who purchased the company stock based on that statement
