I've discussed this with IR. The ACD2 is not that unusual and Amarin gets another bite of the apple on this too. NICE's ACD2 is almost exactly the same as ACD1 (even the 3-7% MO effect is the same). In the first go-around EPADI submitted a very thorough response that focused on the MO conspiracy theory. I believe this was well received and furthermore Amarin was well represented by their UK Medical Director.

Since that first round, new compelling evidence has been published in the European Heart Journal and in a recent Wiley Webinar that further strengthens the REDUCE-IT results and debunks the MO Hoax. You can read the new document that I sent to Amarin IR here:
