Yes, I think this is something that needs improvement. Thanks so much for your input.

Meanwhile, since your associate still cannot log in, the faster way to solve his problem, I could disable his 2FA verification in the back end. So that he can login without the email verification for now. I suggest he login then do the Google Authentication instead. It's easier, more stable and more secure.

All he needs to do is go to "My Account" and "Security Setting", choose "Google Authentication", download and install the "Google Authenticator" app in his mobile and scan the QR code for once. Then it's all set. Every time he logs into our web site, after entering his password, he just needs to open the app to get an instant 6 digits code for authentication. It works very well.

So please let me know what is his email registered with OkToken.biz then I can disable his 2FA verification to let him login again.

To avoid the trouble of email verification, I suggest you also do the "Google Authentication".
