During his rambling interview with the Wash Post yesterday, TFG crowed he is "the king of endorsements" and pols such as Ron DeSantis would not have won in FL if it wasn't for his endorsement - "Ron was at 3% and the day I endorsed him he won the race".
When asked about his endorsement of David Purdue for gov of Georgia and poll numbers consistently show Purdue falling behind GA's Gov Brian Kemp (R), TFG changed the subject to GOP pols who voted to impeach him were now retiring.
TFG asked the WP reporter if he should endorse Repub David McCormick or Mehmet OZ for gov of PA and said he would make a decision "in about a week".
TFG is still sensitive to the flack he gets over not going to the Capitol on Jan 6 after encouraging his people to go and "raise hell" - he deflected blame for the attack at the Capitol, saying it was Nancy Pelosi's fault and claimed that he wanted to go to the Capitol, but the SS would not allow him to go.
