Good morning gentlemen, strong caffee, Cuban caffee
I would like to talk about the NOLS that WMIH may use in the near future. So in order to adopt the NOLS in case of corporate earnings, the COOP has to distribute shares to the old shareholders in order to restructure the situation of the company to reflect the situation before bankruptcy.
We are talking about 15 to about 30 billion dollars.
Second distribution;
Assuming and granted, that there are these values that were not included in the Bankruptcy, and these values, it is said to range from $25 to $600 billion, and everyone knows that these values can never return to the new reorganized WMIH, it is written black and white, the COOP could step in and buy these values, if that is possible.
But I wonder, how can the little reorganised WMIH / COOP
buy these immense values?
This can only happen in one way: by distributing yet more shares.
In this way, the dilutions are not just one, but the dilutions would be TWO!
Also, I do not want to speculate.

The reorganized WMI was entitled to 2.5% in "certain litigation income", get well informed, try Google, and don't repeat "false facts" you heard somewhere like a parrot.

Do we have litigation now? No.
Does WMILT still exist? No!
Do we still have Escrows? NO, they are DELETED / REMOVED / DISAPPEARED as worthless ...

It makes me laugh, and not a little, you've been writing the same tune for months, we all know it here in the forum, indeed some have already complained about your tunes repeatedly, but to pay the compliment of the parrot to me, it is logical that they burst out laughing ...
Well, I can understand that you're a bit nervous, since you proclaim the $100 several times a day.
Advice from someone who's stock market is just a little pastime, calm down and read the mail,
I said that at most the cooperative can receive 2.5% of the sum of the values at most, but what did you read? maybe you need glasses,
Sorry, but please kind members, not to send me private, please, only here in the forum, THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Everything will be fine
Thanks to LG, BOB, NEWL. and a few others , who let us participate in their research
Best wishes to all in the forum
