If that 137MM LOSS is not a gut punch,I don't know what is!!! BK might get here before .10 leaving hundreds of bagholder's with worthless certs. OUCHOUCH!

CW needs a savior or large sequential increases in sales. Otherwise, it will need to reorganize in BK completely wiping out existing common holders while the debt and preferred holders to walk away with the company, can the existing management, and recapitalize as a private company. With some luck, it will see a good broom sweeping and with a cleaned up act, resurface as a public company or be sold off.
I do think most wish to see commons wiped clean but based on the current trajectory CW is on, its an inevitable outcome. Should have stopped the cash FURNACE!!
