Yesterday I was trying to help you and was signed in. At some point I logged out but started to sign in again and received a verification code but for some reason I did not use it. Since I didn't, I deleted it when cleaning up my email.
Today I tried to log in and did not receive a code. Started over and still did not receive a code. Lucky for me I had not deleted the Last code that was in my delete folder. I used it and it worked.
All other accounts I have that require a verification code, the code is only good for a certain time then expires. I assume this might be a glitch in their system that they need to fix.
Anyway, since you said you were able to log in but then later were not receiving a code, thought this might have been your problem...
