I'm with you. I certainly would not make an investment decision on that possibility. Of course neither you or I are privy to any such conversations, only that they have had them with gov't entities per 10k. Certainly more interested in short and distort being looked upon by DOJ. I think its sad someone might be trying to slow these guys up or harm anyone's ability to fund themselves. Also sad that some posters seem to be happy by that possibility. Best thing these guys ever did was raising 200 million dollars at 40+ bucks per share. Funds will go a long way!
