these STALL TACTICS are on par with jennifer ying needing a vacay
they're grasping at straws, utilizing any and all reasons why shareholder intervention shouldn't proceed promptly i.e. questioning Gregory Collins & Kamal Mian's lawyer ~
"pursuant to District of Delaware Local Rule 83.5, attesting to Messrs. Rader and Dilday’s good standing as members of the Bar of California. (Id.) Both certifications state that Messrs. Rader and Dilady “submit to the disciplinary jurisdiction of this Court for any alleged misconduct which occurs in the preparation or course of this action[,]” and attest that Messrs.
