Last time I checked a decade is a 10 year period. Half of that would be 5 years(ie. 10-50%=5 ALWAYS.)Mitchell stated this in press release as he became the front man of the grlt scam in December of 2019. This was 3 years and 3 months ago. His intention were clearly stated.....by himself. He is correct. 4 billion shares and all that toxic shit on the books needs to be fixed.
