Jax, I am in my account so see if you can do this: When you go to the OkToken web page,
Click at top to "Sign In" and page should come up to sign in. Click the first box for user name or email address and below it should show you whichever you used. Click that and it should Auto fill your password. If you get that far then check the "I am not a Robot" tab, then hit sign in. At that point the Email Verification Page should come up waiting for your verification code. Mine comes immediately to my email and once it is entered you are in your account.
If you still cannot receive the code in your email, I think I would just start over and set up a new account.
