I have been accumulating this stock for the past 2 years...don't really post much...Since I live in Southern Calif...I decided to go down to see Guardstruments in Huntington Beach....Talked with a guy (wont give his name) Asked him about the company ...he said this address is just mainly an office and their shipping warehouse is in Burbank Ca .....Asked him if he knew anything about a merger with MCIC..He said yes it is happening in 2 to 3 months Lawyers are working on it now with Ben and Tony...He seemed quite positive it was a done deal.........

E*TRADE sent out an email to users about new rules set to be adopted by the SEC later this year.

That email started off with this message, “New rules will affect your ability to buy and sell “Pink No Information” securities, including at E*TRADE.”

Those rules are set to take effect September 28, 2021, and are amendments adopted by the SEC to its Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11.

Retail trading chatrooms cranked up the doom. Will this demolish OTCs? Is it time to hang up your day-trading hat?
