"You do understand that SAFE HARBORED assets INVOLVE a TRUE SALE correct of said assets, and that SALE makes them NO LONGER AN ASSET of the COMPANY THAT SOLD them as they are now in SAFE HARBOR. CORRECT

Nothing OUTSIDE of the legal grasp or outside the BK can be considered as assets of the company that filed the bk

Just as JUSTIN HOW well it worked for him"

I too agree the bk case yielded nothing and of course, this was the plan all along otherwise, it would have been a fraudulent bk case that could never stand especially for historical purposes.

So, a VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION to you, Redisniurt? Do you understand Safe Harbor, BK Remote Assets? If yes, then how can you say there would be no assets in Safe Harbor?

If you do not understand how Safe Harbor works, then this should not be discussed unless you have researched Safe Harbor assets, and what it takes to ensure these assets meet strict Safe Harbor, BK remote asset rules set up by the FDIC.

Please let us discuss assets returning that would be considered Safe Harbor, BK Remote assets and if you do not want to discuss this real, legal angle then please do not obfuscate and use your knowledge to purposely confuse others who have signed releases.

As you correctly pointed out, the bk cases are over along with WMILT, BUT LET ME POINT OUT ONE FACT THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING YOU SAID concerning assets coming back to timely signed releasors.

Before the (ED) Effective Date of March 19, 2012, WMI was changed to a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust with William Kosturos as DST Trustee using WMI's original (EIN) Employer Identification Number.

So, please do NOT confuse WMILT with WMI DST which is where many assets more than likely have been transferred to because otherwise, there would be no reason for WMI to be alive not to mention no need for a DST. This along with William Kosturos reactivating many subs during the first half of the year 2021. Please discuss these topics.

Thank you
