The CEO of $BRSE sits on the Board of Directors of a NYSE company and has a significant number of stock in that company , he is also a contributing partner of a Venture Capital Firm based out of San Juan PR, where it just so happens he moved the Broadside Offices to. The share Structure not only remains in tact , but he reports it to the OTC almost daily .
The Percival Ventures website and the Broadside website are both being updated , and again, now
have offices in the same city.


And all of these things seemed to happen right around the same time the MCI Reverse Merger was canceled , and canceled by Chris .
