Jax, this is probably obvious but on the Oktoken sign in page make sure you enter your username and Password then hit enter and the next page that comes up is for the authentication code. But of course if you are not getting the code??
As someone said if there is a number to call, they could probably give you a temporary code to log in. I have done that before with other sites.
