Old news.

Most of float increase happened pre merger, when price was $0.0001.
By your own numbers, float was in the 1.7-1.8m range at time of merger.

Since merger:
Float up roughly 25-30% (normal and natural maturing)
Price up 78,000%
Dilution = absolutely ZERO.
AND, float cannot rise much more.
