Your posts often repeat the guarded statements from management, that expound on new patents, project the impacts from new patents, but in my eyes the patents are only of value if the company, or a partner is developing the new drug. Otherwise patents are next to valueless. “I hold a patent over something that is not being used!”

So… until Dr. koos reveals actions being taken and successes expected, even if very small, I find it extremely difficult to place value on the patents at this time. Hence little impact on the share value.

Maybe down the road, when someone else tries to develop a product that crosses into territory covered by our patents, then value appears.

So, in the meantime, for the sake of all shareholders, please give us just a slight hint or update in honest, general terms as to whether anyone is working new products utilizing the patents now, and a timeline on new product success that can be believed.
