I don't know what to think. Except that he's obviously very angry. Of course the people around him aren't telling him the truth: he's apparently had a number of the top FSB people and a number of generals arrested. And it wasn't because they were too open with him.

In Ukraine, seven generals have been killed. He should be embarrassed. But probably he isn't capable of that.
