SIA dismantled UTAH bill, But Arizona popped up to take its place. I don't know how OSTK's battle relates to HLVN, but Patrick Brynes california lawsuit literally suing "the street" for $3.8bn certainly relates to a much bigger picture than individuals seem to understand. The alleged ubiquitious combinations of FTD's/ FTR's & Forward Put Option "bullet strategies" on margin have possibly created a leverage animal that defies all attempts at anyone controlling it.



It's said that there are 16 other "refco" like houses out there. Smaller and larger? who knows. Toxic buckets in each? you betcha.

They (SEC) can't publically report all FTD's - there would be 'hedge fund' carnage and busted markets nationally then globally. Such a transparency might trigger a depression or worse hyperinflation if it were discovered that not only was the $ all fiat but that the US bonds and equities are fiat too!!
