These arguments are absolutely moot now. One only needs to look at the outcome to see who was correct. The only way to not see, is to deny.

Escrows were deleted, deemed worthless, with no further distribution.
Worthless, with no further distribution. Done. Over. Gone.

The trust states nothing is hidden, all is accounted for, nothing is left.

The FDIC also states nothing is left for equity.


Every level of authority states the same, nothing is left.
