So where are all the chuckleheads with

HUGE positions that dumped without even waiting for the NT? Did the geniuses think Ali spent 500K for a clean shell and not keep it clean? Oh and please don't be a noob and follow anything on OTCM....it's not mandatory and if you don't pay nothing is up to date or even factual. EDGAR/SEC is all that matters.

Our CEO already stated that there's funds put aside in case the tax bill is genuine, which seems crazy as they've had almost no or zero revenue to tax, so how could they owe 200K??

I've been a lurker with some shares from a former ticker, but couldn't stay quiet any longer. File the 10-K and then the 8-Ks can start with a new CEO/BOD, etc....
