This is definitely a "Pump" nevertheless I would suggest to jump in just for the flip. I followed this company for a long time and from out of nowhere Public Release Notices, Acquisitions, Partnerships and etc are mentioned every week when the stock price starts to go down. No company on the OTC, Nasdaq, Dow or any trading exchange has this much news nor this much capital gain in such a short period. None of it makes sense but whatever there goal is in regards to pumping the stock just get in for the flip. I see this company getting hit with the 'CE" Caveat Emperor soon. Basic Rule -Never over pump your stock.
