New Ps will be issued.

I think this could all work out very easily. COOP or JPM would replace the Ps with new Ps that would be tradable, which costs COOP/JPM nothing to do.

Commons will get paid with either cash and/or shares.

Interest payments will be paid to all classes.

So based on who has the assets, IMO we will get paid. Why oh why are the hedgies and UWs so quiet? Think about it. They got screwed out of billions, yet no lawsuits?

Maybe, just maybe, bop's source is right after all. Let's hope so.
