I don't have faith that he isn't rounding up to make things look a little better. There is still no estimated completion date, not that any date provided by them means much based on their past for the last year.

and even after 3 days, I can't find much about this new trucking company at all. Someone posted a link to the company registration, which is a guy in MD that incorporated here in CA, doesn't mean much. The only company in CA that is anything close to the M-Loan, is a loan company, not a trucking company, Which, interestingly enough, the person from MD that did the paperwork, is a real estate agent, so.... I think it may be the wrong company all together.

Its likely another single truck and driver that he is looking to buy. our software/hardware company is building its trucking empire! seems it would be easier to just buy 2 trucks and hire drivers, but, you couldn't pay the truck dealer with shares of a company like they are I suppose.

Based on the 8k that came out, it doesn't look like they officially sold any units yet. Hard to tell really.
