Hay guyz, I stopped following this pennyscam years ago. Would one of you gents please give me a cite or link to the court case(s) that are in the hopper for this scam?

And/or a synopsis of where the case(s) is/are and the parties and claims pending.

Might be useful to put that info or links in the iBox also.

I first became aware of Yazbeck and his pathetic pseudo-tech when he was interviewed on a radio show on KFBK many years ago. This same type of pseudo-tech spectroscopy BS was also used by CDEX and its bullshit pseudo-'scientist' WADE POTEET as bait for that pennyscam since over a DECADE BEFORE Yazbeck.

When I heard his bullshit radio interview, I immediately knew Yazbeck had to be running the same type gizmo in his pennyscam and that it was nott possible for it to ever work as advertised for exactly the same reasons.

Shure enuff - pennyscam history repeated itself.

I (or this iHub alias) was one of the many JOHN DOES listed in Yazbeck's SLAPP lawsuit. He never gott anywhere wiff it.
