@ Abundance You want to hide behind legalities? I don't think anyone's saying he did anything illegal. In January 2020 he was quoted as saying that a big part of his plan was to uplist, and bring in a bunch of new investors. Except, that hasn't happened, as far as I can tell. You say it wasn't a promise. Okay, but where's the explanation for why it hasn't happened? The uplisting was supposed to make a difference. It hasn't. I don't blame people for being disappointed.
