ggw, I never said anything about R-I i relation to JT - other than he kept the company alive economically to actually 'still be there' at the end of the R-I trial.

As I said before - had the 6 Patents survived the trial in Nevada (what every expert expected) JT would have been the hero - and SP would today have past $50.

Judge Du erased him with a ruling - later proven to be based on fraud.

I'm not defending JT. I'm just stating the fact that he was a brilliant CEO until he were 'made the villain that everybody blamed for everything bad that has happened to Amarin'. And it all comes back to Judge Du.

Only people who argued hard for settling - can rightfully blame him for not doing that' - like eg. Postes !
