I wonder why someone would post such a dubious question without vetting said question with proper DD? There are several advantages for a foreign company to add US business assets to their portfolio.. Doing DD is critical when being inundated with negative noise bouncing off echo chamber walls .. With the inferred tone of the post I have responded to I will not be able to convince anyone hypnotized by obnoxious town criers that they have preyed upon in any way.. This is where individual DD plays critical a role.. As I encourage anyone else to do so... It is clear to me they (MJLB) are actively working on increasing their value while waiting on the certification that is nearly complete... With the latest filings it seems pretty clear this business is setting its self up for significant growth in the near future..
