In the RGBP world, you can't do anything until you have a granted patent.

Those 4 years don't count.

Because you know, you can't develop anything until you receive that "okay" from the patent office.

Patents is what counts here. Not revenue.

And you certainly can't start any real research or clinicals until you get that "granted" sign in the front window.
