R/S are not "always" bad, just mostly bad.

I have seen some that turned out positively. Depends on why the R/S. Most of the time it is because the company is desperate for cash and has run out of shares to sell and has little prospect of generating a revenue stream.

In the cases where a R/S has turned out well is for cases of up list. Cases where the company has solid prospects.

In the NS case for a R/S to turn out well the up list has to happen and the investment in the company from outsiders, which mgt. has promised post up list, has to happen.

If that all comes to pass then the R/S will result in an increase in value for the shareholders.

We shall see.

If investing was easy, everyone would be rich by now.
