Jasbg, no criticism of you posting that. History is history and it may make us think of when we were in happier times or it may reinforce the lesson of taking profits when things are going well as one never knows what can happen in the future.

But I will say that in my opinion, that I disagree with your statement that "he had to suffer Judge Du".

Although he is not the only one to have made these decisions, the buck stops with him. What I am referring to is:

1) Selection of the Nevada district as the locale for this case. Without it, no Judge Du.

2) His legal team's poor trial performance, not rebutting certain testimony and of course the cropped table fiasco.

3) His legal team missing the errors in Mori. Of course Bhatt and Curfman (I believe) found the errors unfortunately after the trial end (and one wonders why Amarin didn't have that paper looked at critically before the trial end) but even then, Amarin did not use this in their appeal with Singer, nor were they seemingly ever interested to follow the line of error (Mori) or fraud (cropped table) on the court, and file a rule 60.
