* FTXP - virtually none of the OTC Oil stocks ran on the first OIL spike on March 7-8.

A second OIL spike hasn’t happened yet.

If you look at USO, HUSA, CEI, ENSV, NINE, OP, INDO, IMPP…all the major oil stocks are consolidating and building toward another move.

No one knows when the second OIL spike will happen exactly but probably in the coming weeks.

Interestingly, EEENF is down 75% from its recent high, I wonder if some of that OTC Oil money will flow to FTXP, now that there is less competition
