The regulatory agency, the SEC already suspended this pump and dump shell scam for what it is, a fraud. That is the only fraud that has occured in this stock and is a FACT that cannot be disputed.

It now enjoys its illiquid and well deserved place decaying away until eventually its PRIMed or Revoked and then PRIMed.

Either way its a learning moment.
