That theory is pure Cow pie! Mark reverse-split a ticker 4 weeks after publicly stating, "there will be no RS in the foreseeable future".

If Mark RS splits right away he may hurt himself just as much as investors (so I doubt that will happen). I remember him sayng 2-3 years ago (maybe a little longer that he would not reverse until this ran to mid .003 to .005. Now the share structures have changed since January - February of 2021 so 2.227 billion shares is no longer that much so I suspect (JMO) that Mark will wait until this gets upwards of a penny before thinking about th
