What are we currently still waiting on? The following potentialities:

1. Another Patent allowance for Direct.
2. Another Patent allowance for L.
3. Another Patent allowance for combination.
4. Topline for Phase III trial.
5. Journal publication for Phase III trial.
6. Application and Certification for Commercial Production with Eden System.
7. BLA filing announcement.
8. Approval decision for Marketing Authorization.
9. Buyout.
10. Start of Direct pivotal trials for advanced cancer treatment.

All these are potential items that may or may not occur in the future. Near or far? I can’t say, because NWBO is not communicative about their timelines.

What I feel more and more strongly about every day is that NWBO must have been restrained by a BP to keep them from starting the Direct trials. I simply can’t imagine anyone waiting past all the recent events and yet continue to delay business and scientific progress — except perhaps a BP, who notoriously prefer to roll out new therapies in succession.

No matter what if the company is doing any of the above steps other than 9 you are looking at MULTIPLE YEARS with this outfit.....................multiple eye rolls....................and not a chance in hell for #9 unless it's about 2 bucks a share.................even more eye rolls...............................
