So far the buy back and acquisition was BS.



The buyback was absolutely BS. I can only guess that they thought they were going to have a good revenue year, but it never materialized. Instead, they essentially went broke and dark, emerging a couple of years later.

The report is a bit of a mess - things aren't where they should be: Item 9 on page 8 is supposed to list "a description of any past, pending or anticipated stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger,
acquisition,
spin-off, or reorganization", but there is no description of the acquisition there. However, scroll down to the Corporate Overview on page 10, and they still tout the "The company has signed a definitive agreement with one of Southern California based pharmaceutical
manufacturing facility to acquire them."

They talk about the "strategic manufacturing facility" in several places, but the leases are unchanged from last year, and there are material changes in assets. At this point, it is safe to assume that the acquisition has not closed; no clue as to whether it has been cancelled, or is still pending.
