You're missing the point I believe. Obviously on our side of the border the pipelines entering from Canada have become a political hot button issue. Not only the existing one in MI but the Keystone as well which hasn't been finished.

The only thing I am saying is as far as K9 is concerned he doesn't want to discuss our internal politics and sometimes I can't blame him. He is just discussing the current price increases and what has lead up to it and what will happen in the future.

That does make for an interesting discussion imo.

And regarding the name of the board, yes it does say Just Politics but there is a qualifier in the Ibox.

However other topics of the day such as sports, weather and trivia are certainly allowed considering that we all need
a little break now and again.

At a formal cocktail party 2 things that should never be discussed are religion and politics. Consider the dress code here semi-formal.
