I agree with you, I have never seen a subsidiary doing IPO but why not? And for the same Fins reason of GGII, I believe it would be a good alternative to make it faster, aside from GGII. I dunno, I think they need more explaining but a partner bought 9B of those 70B shares, maybe, if they spread those shares some place else and come up up with a reduction plan of OS, it can be done, in a healthy way.
