The Rona finally got me. This morning, I tested positive (2 different tests). I feel 100% fine, except the sore that when I woke up.

Probably against my doctor's wishes, I just did a 5-mile run and will do some light weights at my home gym.

Doubling my vitamin C, D, Zinc and Vascepa dosage for the next few days.

Please, no "get well soon" messages, since I feel totally fine - no fever, aches, chills.

The reason why I got tested is because last week, my son was coughing (no fever). So when my throat was hurting upon waking up, I tested twice and was positive in both.
