I have not generally been telling people a date, just those setting arbitrary deadlines, well, I think it is doubtful that if they miss May, then the next “obvious” date is sometime in 2023. There is nothing reasonable about that prediction. So no, I do not think what I said is what other people have been saying. And I was right about the licensing of Sawston, though others were pessimistic again in the same way.
