IMO, JRF is currently in this for himself and not Minority SH. He has a vested interest in seeing pps get above 0.02ish. I got the impression that he likes the board game cafe concept, but not keen on snow shoveling, gro3, mj, or publishing/distribution/fulfillment/baord game retail. He was able to negotiate favorable terns for himself with his loan of $$$ to FUNN; which doesn't benefit Minority SH.

I doubt he likes games2go, partnership w/ cali video game retail. and, at this stage of game, subscription services are not appropriate. Good idea, bad timing. It woulds be interesting to see JRF post on the above. What is his action plan?

So long as old regime still in place, JRF will not be able to open cafes at an exponential rate vs. anemic rate of 1 cafe opening every 2 years.

Franchising really is the best option for Minority SH, but JRF is against it??? Why?
